Pros

I love this hot water bottle, the cover is cozy, it is not too big and the water stays hot in it for a long time. Very satisfied with this product. No complaint here.

Cons

The bottle arrived rolled up & jammed in a too small box, so the bottle remains half rolled up. Boiling water is strictly forbidden. No fleece cover.

I pity anyone who buys this after reading this review. It is horrible. Very poor product and a disappointment for a carex product.
