Pros & Cons

Pros

Very sturdy. Sturdy and lightweight too. I think if they had a locking pin on the other side too it would keep it more sturdy.

I believe these are heavier than my regular aluminum crutches. They squeak a little, but it's not that noticeable. In having partial paralysis, i utilize these with an rgo brace in order to ambulate, and these are the bestcrutches period!

They condense small enough to fit in the back seat with ease. To keep them nicely folded together, this simply makes sense.

Cons

Nothing worse than losing the foot on crutch. Because there are elastic bands inside the pipes of the crutches (for folding) it’s nearly impossible to screw on the handles because the metal bar gets stuck on the elastic bands.

Sizing is off - strike two. With these at full length adjustment - making them wobbly and dangerous. They are 3 too short for proper crutch adjustment.

The reach could never be adjusted optimally. My recommendation is to only adjust using the bottom part.

The rubber ends make odd squeaking noises. The ones you get from the hospital are lighter, sturdier, and far less filthy. They are just not mechanically sound.

What a great value these crutches are

If i were to purchase crutches again in the future hopefully never again no need i would choose something better even if i have to pay more

If youre on a tight budget these get the job done

However the price isnt worth it because the underarm pads hurt so badly that youll have to spend an additional 20 for good pads
