I will be installing the 3 roller arms today however no hardware was included and the packaging appeared to have been thrown around and opened

The 3 arms were not damaged but since im missing the hardware i will have to purchase that separately from a bigbox store

The arms themselves do look pretty stout and wellmade

This is because the walls of my hot tub are plastic and could never support the load from the brackets with the cover on it

This meant that when installed to the vertical surface of the hot tub or wood in my case the roller bars point above horizontal

It makes it harder to slide the hot tub cover because its actually being lifted and not just moved sideways
