Edit i slept better the last 2 nights then without but still woke up in pain a couple of times and hurt in the morning removed a star i just need something denser and i dont think the shape will hold up too well for me and spend a lot of time in bed but for someone lighter and maybe less joint issues to begin with but just needing more comfort it would be fine

We bought a medium firmness mattress for our spare room but found it just was not comfortable
