Pros

Carbquik fills the hunger for stuff breaded. The waffles are superior to any waffles i have made from scratch.

The biscuits are a little crumbly, but it could be down to my baking skills! To make it more economical, i buy the multi box pack. Love this stuff. A little pricey.

Do not be stingy with the seasoning. It improves the taste. Makes it a bit less dry.

Cons

The one-star rating is for the seller, who must have felt justified in providing me with a two-pack that has a best by date that expires in three months. Stick with buying the ones sold & shipped by amazon the expiration dates are much longer. Alt... Read More

The nutrition information on the box is incorrect. Even when using the lowest carb version of each ingredient on the market, found that the calculations are just flat out wrong. Gave me severe pain.

My husband mixed up a big batch of carbquik mix this weekend for pancakes which came out more flat than fluffy but tasted good

The box does come with recipes however from reviews ive seen online all over they need some work tweeking lol
