I take 2 pills (which are solely white kidney bean extract), 30 minutes before any starchy meals. This one is the only one that doesn't give me a headache. I take two tablets a half an hour before eating a meal with a large glass of water.

Cons

Worst stomach cramps sad fullness. I absolutely dreaded taking these due to the taste and aftertaste. I believe most reviews are fake and i have learned my lesson.
