Caraway cookware is the easiest cookware i have ever cooked with. They cook evenly and nothing sticks. The sautee pans (and the pots as well) have a good amount of surface area for cooking.

The set looks beautiful out of the box, but the pans are too heavy and do not hold up to heavy use. They heat so slowly on induction that it feels almost criminal to advertise them as compatible. Any non stick pan is better at not sticking.

They are unsafe and poorly made. They are basically unusable after a bit more than 6 months. This is so disturbing considering i bought these so my family could be safer.

Even using low heat only, they stain and scorch. Cleaning them is extremely difficult an requires a lot of scrubbing.
