Pros

They are quite sturdy, a bit on the heavy side and easy to clean. Cleanup is also a breeze. No washing needed in between.

Caraway cookware is the easiest cookware i have ever cooked with. They cook evenly and nothing sticks. The sautee pans (and the pots as well) have a good amount of surface area for cooking.

The ceramic non-stick coating is an absolute game-changer. This is better than any of the other non stick i have ever used.

Cons

Every piece has several scratches and the non stick coating has def. Def. They heat so slowly on induction it feels almost criminal to advertise them as compatible. The sauté pan already has two scratches on it.

They are unsafe and poorly made. They are basically unusable after a bit more than 6 months. This is so disturbing considering i bought these so my family could be safer.
