In my experience using this with a larger stroller of some sort will be much easier than trying to use it with a roller suitcase or roller luggage but depending on what size luggage you have it might function quite well

When i added it to my stroller to put my carseat on it it becomes loose

I had to add a knot at the end and then wrap it around a bar so that it wouldnt come loose

At first we couldnt figure out how to connect the top of the carseat but all we had to do was look at the instructions
