It fits handily around the base of the headrest with adjustable strap. Inside is lined with a waterproof plastic that is easy to clean. Base of the bin has a velcro fastening with a self-adhesive velcro pad.

It's far better than letting rubbish get loose in the passenger footwell.
Cons
The bottom fastening wouldn't stretch around to secure. The buckles to fasten the product are the thinnest plastic i have ever seen. It states finest material used however this is not the case. Don't buy this product.

It is found hanging from the passenger headrest of my care when im travelling alone

The fixings get in the way of front and back seat passenger comfort so it gets mover to the floor and i rely on passengers to deal with my debris
