Obviously one thing to note with this device and all products in this category is that by fixing to your vents its going to block some of the outlet and it also means that your phone may become hot if using the heating mode
I purchased this item at a discount rate in return for my unbiased review and welcome both positive and negative feedback i dont usually purchase phone holders with sides and a bottom as i have quite a large phone and usually it does not fit on these types of holders
The arms are smooth and the button on the back to release the arms to extend them was easy to press and fitted my phone samsung note 4 with space to spare
