Too many mounts come with a vice-like grip that makes them near impossible to use, this one offers security and useability.
Works with smaller and larger phones -- my husband has a huge phone (not a euphemism), and it feels balanced and secure.
Over time it starts to wiggle loose, so just give it a quick tug to tighten once per week.
