Pros
Purchased to change the rear brakes on an audi. Also on other new autos. Has become a much-valued addition to my arsenal of automotive tools. Obd2 genaic functionality seems to work on older vehicles that i recently repaired.
Reminds me of a micro version of dealer scan tools. Only problem is, i am not always understanding what the triggered the faults.
Cons
Nothing works with my car. Tried headlight settings, nothing. Emailed twice to support but yet to receive a reply. This thing is just a glorified code reader.

It should be noted from the start that codes will not be cleared if the issue actually needs replacing

Went in for a recall and tried to get it cleared but dealership wanted 80 saying that its much more complicated than just clearing a code

Perhaps on the newer vehicles that are much more complex in technology that is true but i had serious doubts considering the model year of mines

In addition to this it also cleared a fuel pump relay issue that the dealership said needed replacing 1k but after checking it found out that it just wasnt properly aligned as there was an arrow indicating how far to tighten it

I originally purchased the model below this specifically to reset the inspection due on my 2021 audi and i kept getting errors and it doesn’t say anywhere in any of the manuals are online but the only way to reset inspection do is to open the hood on your car while using this tool if i would’ve known this before it would save me hours of trial and error

Personally i think for what you pay for a brand new car it should be built into the cars screens
