It is very helpful in my 4runner where i use the power outlets in the back of my truck a lot, but don't have a way to monitor my battery voltage. The voltage indicator lets you see how all of the connected devices are affecting your car's battery.
Gadget is on the bulkier side with a thick cable. It has a lot of ports for not being very bulky. It and especially the cable are a little bulky but it is fully removable as well.

The whole unit can shut off with a button on the plug it reads out voltage and has a usb type c connector on the plug
Tape does not hold the coverdevice in my case unit falled of of the side panel on 3rd day
Price
This one is about 28 higher in price than the other so it might pay to shop around
Its worth the money i recommend it

The high output on the initial 12v plug with the battery voltage display will stop charging my device if i turn the car off

Then i have to either press on the voltage display to reset the whole splitter or unplug and plug back in to the device that needed charging
