Pros
These exercise hand grips are the real deal and worth every penny. The knurl and thickness is perfect, have tried many other grip trainers and anything above 100lbs twists around the coils.
It kind of reminds me of the guy who bought his way into formula 1 back in the day, and then pulled into the pits during the race complaining that his car was too fast. A ease of mind. Have used extensively for 6 months.
The quality of the coc gripper is night and day compared to the other grippers, and a breath of fresh air. I then purchase a second coc, the trainer model (100lb), which is easier than the 100lb. Good for beginners.

To me it seems to close to the trainer.

Resistance ramp although better than generic it still does a resistance ramp that goes from easy to hard as you close
But it is much more even than the generic 100350 pound grippers

I purchased this product in hopes of improving my grip strength to surpass plateaus in the gym and for worki considered myself to have a somewhat decent grip from weight lifting pull ups and rowing but i could only close the gripper fully shut for 1 rep out of the box
