Pros
The t-fal pendant is very easy to clean. Wish i had picked up a spare when home outfitters closed.
Cons
This apparently is a cheap knock-off. It is not a product to buy for the cost and amount of time before it fails.

Lactose free milks foams up really well with this device and it is easy to clean
After using a non branded milk frotherwarmer for 2 years this capresso seems to be of superior quality
Do not buy a frother that can not be placed in water as this one can the others make clean up a night mare
The thin non stick coating on the old frother started to peel off in one area but this capresso unit seems to have a thicker coat
Price
I purchased the unit at a significant discount but would not pay msrp which i think is overpriced
Price is high compared to what i paid at home sense

Rich creamy foam and excellent for sysrup based additive drinks does not do well with suger or chocolate chips as advertised but makes great syrup based drinks and powder drinks stirred beforhand

Really beautiful microfoam leki shaving cream with straight milk with say coffee mate foams but not as much and not micro bubbles

But be careful not to let it overflow as milk will easily burn on the heating element in the base

There is a max mark which is correct for one frothing but if you leave any froth in the jug and add as much milk again it will overflow the second time you use it

All the other high end models can not be placed directly in water to wash burn the milk
