Pros

Even if you’ve never watched fixer upper, this book is an excellent read and i would recommend it to anyone who may need a gentle push to follow their dreams and passions.

Its fantastic to see chip's life more up close and personal he seems like a type 7 in the ennegram.

This guy has a great approach to business and entrepreneurship. There is some * stuff, as the title implies, but mostly he's a really smart guy. His book is filled with so much laugh-out-loud humor.

Cons

The title and synopsis of the book are a giant bucket of false advertising. Secondly, the book is not a business book. He starts making a point and then goes on and on. And on and then repeating it later in the book.

Not far into the pages of capital gaines, i felt swindled. To summarize, the bulk of capital gaines can be broken down as follows:1. Gaines really has nothing of substance to say—except to admit his life has been a ton of * st stuff.
