The good straightforward directions to setup. Easy to assemble. Other comments say instructions arent very clear. It was easy to assemble, and the excellent job of labeling the parts, except, as another reviewer has shown with photos.

The back (the part that declines/inclines) seems sturdy enough, but the seat is already wobbling. Customer service seems non-existent! No manual or instructions for use.

Like other comments packaging is garbage and could be better

As far as i saw this was the only mistake in the instruction booklet

The packaging was good but dusty and had some rust like it had been in storage for a while
