Pros

Bar holds 1” plates easily and fits well with my squat rack. Comes without collars, the spring type ones work well on it. Fits perfectly with my weight bench. If you are not trying to set lifting records, this bar is excellent.

It is very sturdy and durable. Feels sturdy. Sturdy, 20lb barbell with strong knurling.

Cons

The knurling isn't even and fades out at the end, the chrome isn't very good either. After holding it just for a few minutes to inspect it my hands were stained. Not worth sending back for the price. Needless to say its getting sent back.

Started to notice a permanent bend after adding 245lb to the bar for high bar squats. Quality of this product has been drastically reduced.

So i have recently started getting into olympicstyle lifts and powerlifting with the barbell

Cap makes good quality stuff and this barbis no different

This bar is big enough to fit an olympic bench but uses weights with the standard size hole

Price

The price was a bit steep but it was just a perfect bar exactly what i was looking for

I would not use more than 285lbs on it but where i am at under 150lbs its great
