Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Even when it's not bolted down, it manages my 200lbs without problems. I also have 2 - 25lb weights on the holder, so i would feel confident it wouldn't move on the mats much if any.

This rack is great for me, but i knew my limitations when searching for one. Great upgrade option to the fm-905q rack.

Cons

The rubber strip on top was put on so carelessly and is crooked. There is a messy weld that protrudes on the inside and prevents the support from locating in an upright position. The interface is bent and rotated.

Caps customer service is non existent/a total nightmare. Avoid cap. But heed my warning. Another reviewer had them for over a month.

If you lift alone just get them just knowing there lets you focus more on your lift its just to stupid of a risk not to have especially if you squat look up some you tube vids if you need to talk yourself into not being cheap lol

If getting the 134 bar get at least the 6 foot one which just fits like barely just fits if going heavy then get the 7 bar or an olympic bar but check other reviews to see which length is needed with those olympic collars
