Pros

Easy fix is to use spacers/wood/cardboard. It is sturdy. Nice looking lightweight ish but still sturdy and stable.

The spotter arms are an absolute necessity if you lift on your own, and have already saved me once. I have my pulley system attached to it.

Recently bough cap weights and barbell, but needed a cage for heavy bench/squats. Rack is perfect for my garage gym. Add a bench to it for versatility.

It has a few little quirks but come on, it's $100. It’s almost limitless. Life changing for me. Works great so far but haven’t had it for too long either.

Cons

The threaded screws to connect the polls were impossible to screw in. The interface is bent and rotated. The tall side bars are now bent forward because they cannot bear weight without these support pieces.

Tldr this is a cheap chinese rack decent for 97 bucks want to lift more than 300lbs call rogue fitness

Ive anchored mine using 45lb plates for banded workouts but its not 100 necessary
