The handle design is a benefit, allowing a stable grip and a firm, comfortable perch on the forearm. The handle has some gashes and a few burrs.

The shipping alone is usually $20 and up depending on the weight. Looks like they have changed the line somewhat and the prices have risen since the work slowdowns.

If your looking for a great beginner set for various workouts this is a must. Lighter 15lb kettlebell is good for beginners and learning proper technique. But they aren’t noticeable during swings.

The quality of this 40 pounder is terrible! A label was heavily taped to the weight. To purchase a 35lb and it arrive heavily scarred up was very disappointing.

This looks like a knockoff. The lettering on it isn't even even with the base. Trying to put together a matching set of cap kettlebells and this one has no identifying cap logo like they advertise.
