Pros & Cons

Pros

It's sturdy, stands up out of the way if you want to stand it up. Extremely secure, super easy to put together. It's very sturdy and acceptably comfortable padding.

Was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The color options are a bonus for sure, and cobalt blue looks great with my setup. Cap isn't a cheapo brand.

The bench is lightweight and easy to move around. I'm 240 lbs, and this construction makes me feel very steady. The dumbells pass easily underneath the frame from side to side, makes rowing a pleasure.

The padding has the right level of sturdiness and cushioning. Adjusting the bench is simple and fast with the quick-release * knobs.

Cons

This bench is questionable. After almost two years with this bench, i am comfortable saying that it’s totally worthless. I'm sorry that i’ve been a loyal customer to them for so long and only now found out how appalling their customer service was.

The metal base is sturdy, the padded seat parts are horrible. The padding is extremely thin. It’s not sturdy enough. Back pad already has a rip and chipped the osb.

I wish the back feet on the bench were a little longer because if you push back while doing the incline press it comes up in the front

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

So you have to make sure not to push back to hard while executing the incline press

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

I dont to decline presses but for those who do that may be something to consider

The main frame of the bench is one solid piece of metal

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

So it doesn’t fold in half like a lot of the other benches out there

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Which to me are not reliable secure or even that safe

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Accidentally ordered 3 but they refunded after picking the other two up free of charge

If you lie back at an angle and reach back to pull your legs and hips up if feels as if its going to break i only weigh 155 lbs
