A bit cumbersome to install than i would have imagined but nothing that cant be done by a person alone in a half an hour or less

The assembly instructions provide no written instruction only illustrations

The assembled bench is very sturdy but you have to tighten the bolts down completely to prevent movement

When the back pad is in the full 90degree upright position the gap disappears so i dont think the gap between the seat and back pad is too large

To prevent tripping on the front leg with heavy weights in hand i installed the leg facing in rather than out which is the opposite of whats shown in the illustration
