Pros
The cap barbell black cap adjustable utility weight bench is a good option to consider. It is very stable in the flat and incline positions, if tightened correctly. Not a serious weight lifter but it works.
A decently-tough bench. The bench is sturdy. It is very stable even on carpet.
This is a great bench, and is everything they promised. For the price this one is the best i’ve owned.
This bench is well worth persevering through the assembly frustration. An adjustable wrench or wrench set is needed before starting. The nuts have an allen head (wrench included) and the bolts are metric.
The back of the bench is solid, while the seat wiggles a bit. The padding on the seat and back are not terribly thick, but they're firm and fairly comfortable. The vinyl that covers the seat is thick and wipes clean easily.

Quality is very good as can be expected from cap barbell
It isn’t gym level quality but it is a solid bench for home use
It also has a wide footprint which doesnt look like the product photo
See the pic with the stand at 20degrees youll see how it is off center due to the whole section being slight askew

I have had several different brands and styles of weight benches and aside from my ultra highend model this bench has been superb
I was 250 lbs when i got this using 100lb dumbbells

Update after looking again at the product photos the bench i received is not the bench featured on the page

There is no adjustable seat height less incline angles and my bench has a much wider footprint

Im going to bulletpoint what i found the back of this bench is so tall that i cant really do anything involving a bar and triceps when in the incline position the bar almost always hits the bench back on the upswing because the backrest is much higher than my head

In the flat and decline position i found that im actually sitting in the gap between the backrest and the seat which is annoying
