Durability gets 4 stars only because an outer zipper broke and the velcro ripped on an inner pocket

The only disappointing thing is that there is a wide open pocket on the inside and anytime you put something in the bag while holding the bag the item automatically tries to go into the pocket

There is a small strap to velcro the pocket closed but it doesnt work very well for such a wide pocket
