Pros

Vitamin b and l-theanine is a life saver for me. B vitamins also makes you urinate and with canprev i go less. It gives me so much more when you work in a stressed environment.

Cons

The rest of the pills appear fine, but this is atrocious. The expiry is years off. It gives me headache and makes me sleepy which is very weird.

I have been taking other brands of bcomplex before they worked too but i felt energized all day with canprev

I also take the canprev magnesium bisglycinate and synergy c as well as the d3k2

I had another brand and couldnt take them due to the strong smell and bothered my stomach for some reason

They dont seem as potent as other branda ive had in the past but they do the job
