When shipped they arrived double boxed and encased in plastic film and were completely intact

Dont bend too much when you try to get them in and out of the unit

They do feature the same rippled design and directional arrows to ensure you install them the right way but they lack the metal mesh of the filtrete filters and the filter material doesn’t look as dense
