The actual size is in the description and its smaller than the listed size sort of like a tv in the 51 inch class might only be 50 inches so check your unit to make sure the actual size will work for you

The second thing that i immediately observed upon installation is that these filters are a tad smaller yes i saw the exact dimensions in the product description that the old filter that is actually 20“ x 20” x 1”and not smaller than than the actual dimensions of the new air filters

It does not fill the entire duct cavity like the old filter

I will remove that filter and reinstall it to see if that worked better

The second picture is the old filter that i removed 3 months of use and you still see very clearly through this filter
