The back on the earring becomes loose just randomly on the first pair i honestly think it was user error now but the seller candyfancy was super responsive and sent me new ones and i really like my new pair and they have stayed on the company has been very responsive to my issue with the threading on the backing and it being lost and have stated they will look into and are sending me a new backing for the missing one
