Pros

This roller is a great tool to use for your spine. It really presses in on the spine. My physical therapist uses this and i bought one for my home use.

Cons

I can’t do my chest stretches laying on this thing. About 20 seconds of lying on it, roller was hurt my back. It is way to hard to lay on, very uncomfortable.
