Half roller seems to have been produced by literally sawing a full roller in half. If you put any weight on it, it just crumples. I have tostop exercising, and reposition it.

Small enough to be to be inhaled. The arch height is just equal to 2 pennies.

My only complaint is that there were tiny foam pieces left on my bed as this foam piece was not dusted off before shipping

It is a half round foam piece that the distributor probably cuts in half before shipping
