The strap isn't long enough to secure back on itself, so it just flaps around. The velcro strap and velcro patches are unable to hold cuff in place. This makes it difficult to truly cinch the cuff down tightly.

These are heavy duty cuffs i would say more geared for men but women with thick ankles or thick wrists would be ok
