Pros

These scissors are fantastically sharp and feel they will hold their sharpness for a good long while. Have used them to cut king crab legs and lobster shells. Very sturdy with great precision of cut.

No more knicks on the scissor blades from cutting plastic seal wraps. That makes the separable blades very desirable. Easy to clean. No more knick knacks.

I love the micro serrations that keep the product being cut from sliding toward the end of the scissors. They're great shears, definitely recommend. Calphalon scissor shears.

Cons

Cheap plastic fulcrum that connects the blades is the worst part. The plastic is not as rugged and durable as i would have expected for the price. While they are very sharp they are also very tiny. I find myself reaching for my regular scissors instea... Read More
