Pros
L-arginine is a great product for individuals looking for natural sources of nitric oxide in their diet. Hmb works best with vitamin d. Has a scoop in the package to make dosage easy. I have these * shoulder veins popping out more and more.
It tastes awful but i take it faithfully every morning with water and a shot of mio. It clumps a fair amount, but i think that is typical for alcar. Will give you the jitters and tingling in the extremities if you don't start a workout soon enough.
Cons
The glutamine was completely rancid. It stinks up my entire kitchen if left open. It is inedible.

Use it to add to my protein powder not a product you can take on its own has to be mixed

Has zero taste or flavour i tried a tiny bit by itself dry and it just has a powdery taste but not sweet or sour or bitter
