If you've ever been pushed to your true limit (to the point where you pass out), then this book is useless for you' 'it is more about torturing himself to numb his life to any future pain' 'this man needs real therapy.

The main thing is that he thinks he is super duper special and he'll tell ya. The whole book reads like he’s really angry at himself. Some of the examples seem so manic i wonder if this entire book is about mixed states in manic depression.

I’m shaking my head wondering how so many people have deeply appreciated this book, which for me, appears to be very self-centered.
