Pros

Worked like a charm, good quality. Dont think just buy this product. Couldnt be happier with this purchase. Fits like a glove.

This is a must have for anyone trying to mount a yeti microphone. Worked perfectly with the neewer mic arm. It fits really well instead of the snowball, but isn't quite small enough for the arm.

Cons

Clearly does not fit 3/8th male, only fits into the 5/ 8th female. Pretty massive oversight.
