Whilst i have a kitchen at home i and most others do not have a stove or hot plate at work

Every single time i attempted to puncture it several times

Then i microwaved it on medium power for 312 minutes and by that i mean i put it in the microwave and after maybe one minute it exploded

The thing is and i should have known this but i took a product at face value in this case this is a bit dairy heavy and dairy does not microwave well

The soup bubbles up around the sides and explodes while the middle remains cold
