This stool doesnt look like muchit isnt even as nice looking as the much cheaper rei branded one but i took reis back after i got this

The way the rei was designed forced the seat to really sag at least a couple inches

These stools are already low sitting so you really dont want it to sag any lower

Also the velcro strap closes up the seat side

Sometimes it feels like it could tip when i lean too far backward to get a photo shot but it never has

The first was a similar style while the other had telescoping legs on shock cord and the seat rested in between them
