Pros

The matte finish on these shelves makes cleaning a little more difficult, but i'm probably just being a little picky. The shelves extend you working and preparation area. Always need more shelfs.

Great two burner stove and the added side shelf set makes outdoor cooking a solid alternative to indoor stove cooking. Makes cooking with utensils alot better.

Dritz home creative diy, 3 screws for $5. Fits perfectly on my camp chef expedition 2x. Cleaning is simple and provides a good protective cover for the burner assembly.

Sturdy and easy to install. Allow much more tabletop space when grilling. They are very sturdy, and bolted right on without much difficulty.

The folding bars are hard to find now that most of the stoves are redesigned. They fold down flat over the stove when not in use and there is still plenty of room for them to fit inside the stove's carrying case.

Cons

Due to the way they were manufactured the shelves will not close together over the grill because they are too long. When closed i have to force them down as they seem to too long, either from the hinges being bent or just cut wrong.
