This works well as a security cover for my bushnell game camera making it effectively impossible to steal as a way of blocking its evidence of an unwanted visitor to my community garden plot

The fit is a bit tight requiring some force to open and close it when not padlocked shut

If you lag bolt this box to a tree add something like a python cable lock around the tree and then padlock the cover to the base your camera will be about as safe from theft as it is possible to make it

It could still be vandalized but unless the vandal managed to burn the camera while it was in the box youd probably have pics of them on your chip when you open up the box

It also protects the camera from pesky animals that may like to chew on a camera
