The wrist mount was just brilliant a lot more stable no camera shake and you can point the camera in any direction with the neat turntable

The gopro camera can not be used naked as it you need to use either the frame mount or the housing

The resulting footage from the camera was quite jumpy despite trying to be careful whilst walking but there was no sounds of clothing rubbing on the footage
