Once it's on it's actually comfortable and breathable. Rubber core keeps you very compressed but it also makes you sweat. It's very comfortable and stretchy.

I have that hip bulge that is right below the muffin top area. Not flattering in that area, but did slim my stomach area well. Need to get a beige one next.

The fabric is only slightly softer then your grandma's polyester pants. There's a lot of extra fabric that rolls in the back and the bottom cuts my * awkwardly. Strap is horrible and irritating!

This didn't feel long enough to even fit over my shoulders without being so overwhelming uncomfortable for me digging into my shoulders.
