This totally solves the problem. My only complaint is that this is a pain to open. Great customer service.

Inexpensive way to protect raw or hb eggs in the cooler on a family camping trip. This case fits in our cooler and our fridge and we love it. Sure beats this cardboard egg cartons that get all wet.

Great for camping, sturdy fits 12 eggs. Carried a dozen large sized eggs from safeway. Love this little egg holder.

Cons

Coghlan brand has a much better hinge and has same egg protection design. The problem with it is the latch does not stay closed. Very brittle material.
