Pros & Cons
Pros
Cambro products are used in professional kitchens. Great for pantry staples like flours and sugar. Works great for bulk proofing. Great to mix and refrigerate homemade bread dough.
Great size container with volume markings. Zero weavel problems since. Very pleased with my purchase.
Lids fit tightly to keep them from drying out. Lids snap into place. Yes, it's a snug fit, but the lids do fit perfectly.
It seems sturdy and durable, and is quite easy to clean. Easy to open and close. Easy to clean, can go into the dishwasher.
Cons
A major disappointment for this product. Save your money and buy something else. Buyer beware. Spend the extra money and get the poly kind.
Book is great, unless you're planning to produce 10 loafs of bread a week. The lids are absolute junk. The lid is nearly impossible to place on when the container has been in the freezer.
