While troubleshooting the starting problem however i read voltage thru the solenoid but after i changed the starter i still had the same problem

Then i rechecked the voltage to the starter and had none

The original solenoid contacts after solenoid replacement with a new one and disassembly of the old one had a buildup from arcing which prevented adequate current for starting
