Pros

Soft chews, not gooey like some types of gummy candies or vits. This is for the ladies as a retired rn and a post menopausal woman. This vitamin (x2) is for strengthening bone, teeth, & overall health.

Soft and delicious flavor. Basically like a yummy candy. Made it so easy to resume my much needed calcium.

Cons

These gummy vitamins are recommended for adults and are not for children under age 13. As you chew the gummies taste gritty which makes swallowing the chewed gummies like swallowing sand.

The flavor is so repulsive that i refuse to eat another drop. First ingredient is corn syrup and second ingredient is sugar. Hated the texture too.

It's not returnable so i'm out 20 bucks. They are awfully expensive to have to throw in the trash. Wouldn't spend my money on these.
