I was shocked at the quality of this pan.
This build quality of the pan is good.
Update: customer service have sent out a replacement without me having to return the product with the issue.
I am disappointed in the weight of the pan though.
Shipping
Plus they even placed a fragile handle with care sticker on the cardboard shipping box.
I have to give a shout out to the person(s) that prepared this pan for shipping.

About 2 weeks ago non-stick layer started showing small bubbles and today i couldn't flip an omelette because it stuck to the bottom.

I have 2 other calphalon that i don't use as frequently, but i'm not looking forward to them getting to the same state.

I bought it and used it for several years but it was not clean well and bottom was not flat either.
