Pros
It hangs right under my kitchen sink. Holds my heaviest le creuset, and cast iron skillets.

Quality
Much better than reaching down into cabinets and eliminates having to store items in the oven and get them out and put them back
Simple to install and will hold lots and lots of items conveniently and very reachable
The hooks hold well which was another concern of mine
I had to buy extra chain to come down from my high ceiling and had a professional hang it for me so i have no worries of it coming down
Price
Everything else was to big to small to expensive or just plain did not convince me
Competitiveness
The price is much better than what i have seen at the department stores
