Dont waste your money

The mat is more like a large cushion with very little stuffing which is so unevenly distributed that you have to spend a long time trying to find a place that you can sit where your points of contact with the ground are actually cushioned by more than just the fabric of the mat itself

Ive been meditating for many years and know how important it is to have the right posture this is a real challenge if not impossible with this product

Useless as a meditation mat i cant imagine anyone who has meditated before designing something like this
